1. Introduction

The hamenagen.co.il website of Nitai Mordechai - Live Event Musician is committed to making its services accessible to the entire public, including people with disabilities. We believe that music and celebration belong to everyone — and that an accessible online site is the first step toward professional service.

This statement was written in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Law, 1998 and the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013.

2. Accessibility Standard

The site conforms to the Israeli standard SI 5568 and the international guidelines WCAG 2.1 Level AA by the W3C — the leading international standard for website accessibility.

3. Accessibility Tools on the Site

On every page of the site, an accessibility button appears in the bottom-right corner of the screen, allowing personalized adjustment of the browsing experience. Through it, you can enable the following adjustments:

• Large (+12.5%)
• Larger (+25%)
• Largest (+40%)

Display

• High contrast (black & white)
• Inverted colors
• Grayscale

Content and readability

• Underline links
• Replace fonts with a readable font
• Stop animations and motion
• Enlarged cursor

All settings are automatically saved on your device and will apply each time you visit the site. You can reset the settings with a single click from the accessibility menu.

4. Additional Site Adjustments

In addition to accessibility tools, the site is thoroughly adapted:

• Full keyboard navigation — can navigate the site using the Tab key and activate buttons with Enter/Space.
• Screen readers — the site supports screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver). All images, videos, and navigation buttons are properly labeled.
• Image descriptions — every meaningful image includes a description (alt text).
• Video clips — videos are played silently by default and do not auto-play sound.
• Color contrast — color contrast ratio meets WCAG AA requirements.
• Accessible forms — each form field has a clear label and error guidance.
• Semantic structure — the site uses valid HTML5 with semantic tags (header, nav, main, footer, etc.).
• Support for reduced motion mode — the site respects the system's prefers-reduced-motion setting.
• No flashing cycles — the site has no animations that could cause seizures in people with photosensitivity.

5. Accessibility Pages Not Yet Adapted

The site is in an ongoing process of accessibility improvement. There are currently certain components that may still be challenging:

• Some videos in the gallery do not include captions (will be completed in the future).
• The repertoire audio player does not include a textual transcript.

We are working to address these gaps and are committed to continued accessibility improvement on the site.

6. Physical Service Accessibility

Beyond digital accessibility, Nitai Mordechai's professional service is adapted for delivery in accessible halls and spaces. When booking an event, you can clarify accessibility needs in advance (lighting, seating, headphones, etc.) and we are committed to adapting the service accordingly.

7. Consultation and Assistance

If you encountered an accessibility issue on the site, or have a suggestion for improvement — we'd be happy to receive your feedback. Every comment is taken seriously and examined urgently.

This statement was last updated in May 2026. It is re-examined after every significant change to the site, and at least once a year.
