A short introduction to Nitai

I was born and raised in Jerusalem, and since childhood music has been an inseparable part of my life. For 12 years I have been playing piano and guitar — acoustic, classical and electric — at events throughout Israel.

Over the years I have performed at hundreds of events: large and small weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, corporate events and gala evenings. This experience has given me the ability to read the audience, identify the right atmosphere, and tailor the music in real time to every situation.

My goal is always the same — that you leave the event with a wide smile and the sense that the music truly added something to the experience.

Absolutely. I have a rich repertoire of Jewish and Hassidic music, alongside contemporary Israeli, Mizrahi, international, and pop music. I tailor the mix to your audience and event style, and I respect the requirements of religious events.

Yes, I commit to availability throughout Israel — from the north to the south. I am based in Jerusalem but I perform at venues, event gardens and outdoor locations in every region. Travel costs for distant events are arranged in advance.

Yes, I bring my own musical equipment — a professional electric piano, guitars, and a high-quality sound system suited to the event. For very large events, additional amplification can be arranged in advance.

In an introductory meeting (in person or over the phone) we go through the character of the event, the audience, and the songs that matter to you. I recommend pieces from my repertoire, and together we build a precise musical program.

Absolutely. If there is a song meaningful to you that is not in my standard repertoire, I will gladly learn it for the event. Just please give enough notice (at least two to three weeks).

I recommend 2–3 months in advance for weddings and bar mitzvahs, especially during peak seasons (spring and summer). For other events, one month in advance is usually enough. If the event is close, it is still worth checking availability — sometimes there are open windows.

Yes, I can collaborate with a DJ at an event. Many couples choose this combination — live musician for the reception and chuppah, and DJ for the dancing portion. I coordinate with the DJ in advance so the transition is seamless.
