A henna ceremony is a special family event that connects generations, traditions and joy. As a musician with a rich Mizrahi repertoire, I understand the importance of authentic music at an event like this. I play the songs that grandparents know from home, together with the new Mizrahi hits that get the entire crowd dancing.

Each community is a world of its own — Yemenite, Moroccan, Persian, Iraqi, Tunisian — each with its own music, its own piyyutim, and its own niggun. I build a musical program with you that honors your specific family heritage, with the right songs for the right moments.

Stages of the Ceremony

Music for every moment of the henna

A henna ceremony includes special moments, each with its own music that highlights it.

— Entrance

The Bride's Entrance

The entrance is the central moment. I accompany the bride's entrance with traditional bridal songs from the appropriate community, or with authentic piyyutim. Every step gets the right sound — moving, traditional and respectful.

— Tradition

The Henna Ceremony and Blessings

The henna application, blessings from the family, sanctification moments. Sensitive, precise music that accompanies tradition with respect. Songs that every grandparent knows, piyyutim that pass from generation to generation.

— Celebration

Mizrahi Dancing

Modern Mizrahi hits together with the classics — Zohar Argov, Eyal Golan, Omer Adam, Sarit Hadad and more. High energy that gets the whole crowd dancing, from the kids to the grandparents.

Absolutely. If there are special songs from your family tradition or favorites that are not in my standard repertoire — I will gladly learn them for the event. Just please request them with enough notice (at least two to three weeks).
Yes. Some families prefer a fully traditional event with piyyutim and authentic songs, while others prefer a blend of traditional with modern Mizrahi hits. I tailor the mix exactly to your style.
Yes, I perform at any kind of venue — halls, event gardens, courtyards, synagogues, and events at home. My equipment is suited to any size of space and any type of event.
I recommend 2–3 months in advance, especially if the henna is close to the wedding and there are additional coordinations. That said, if the event is sooner — it is still worth checking availability.
